If you enter a new Multi-Unit Operator Agreement with us before September 30, 2021, you have the option to develop 3 Restaurants. The development fee of $70,000 is paid upfront when the Multi-Unit Operator Agreement is signed. The development fee is calculated as 100% of the initial franchise for 2 Restaurants ($35,000 x 2 = 70,000).
